A giants empty room that has large black window treatments hanging on either side. A dull florescent like of a light green flicker till its on. In a giant, over stuffed Chair and hassock sits a thin framed female, the judge. A simi-crul smile twisted on her lips as she sat comfortably in the chair. A humenoid, male doh laying, curled ont he hassock, a humenoid cat girl sitting on the judges shoulder, and a mic-stand, held tightly in curled fingers.
"Oh look, its just what you need Art,"Before the dog could finish talking the judge, Art, had kicked him."Sush slave!"The judge spoke."Oh, I hope you show them, punish them, punish them!"Cried out the cat with joy to see the courtroom fill, while nibbling on the treat that is presented to her."Court is now in session, bring up the first case."

Hello welcome to the court. Your judge is I, Here you will be able to file complaints against the members that you feel are braking the rules, or even a mod that is misusing their powers. This will also be where those that are committed of a crime are trailed. However, Innocent until proven guilty is not how my courtroom is ran. YOU ARE GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT. I am sure everyone has seen the rules for both the site, and the chat room. If not, then here they are:

Rules:
The general rules. These are rules and they are simple to follow.

This is a roleplay forum. It is open for new and vetern roleplayers in all shapes, forms and sizes. Canon characters from any TV show, anime, video game, movie, book, etc is allowed here. Orginal characters as well.

1. Remember, this is forum where you can roleplay. We roleplay in paragraphs. Be it one or multi. If you are fairly new and don't know how to make large paragraphs; Message one of the staff members. One lining is frowned upon on here. We do not use Action marks such as :**, --, etc in our posts.

2. Be nice and friendly to every new member on here. Remember. You were new once. If someone is copping an attitude; kindly ask them to stop. If the problem continues, then contact one of the staff members and they will get to the root of the problem.

3. Please, no bumping your topic if you recently made it. People have lives and it takes a long time for people to make large posts.

4. No explict avatars on here. Middle finger avatars are allowed. Anything that shows a penis or anything explict can get us in trouble. We also may have minors on here as well.

5. Rule of five accounts per user. No more than that. You can change your character.

6. No Name dropping or personal vendettas against users off or on site.

7. Not everyone can spell well. We all make typoes and some of us may not have English as our first lagaunge. Please be clear on your posts.

8. The chat is a bonus for is. You can use it to exchange OOC information, to stay in touch with friends, etc. Harassment is frowned upon in the chat.

9. Cursing is allowed in roleplay. Just do not go overboard. Do not censor your swears. Write them out.

10. Have fun.

Chat Rules:

1. Ever so often, the chat will boot you off if you are AFK for a while. Don't worry about that. Just log back in.

2. Treat everyone how you want to be treated.

3. The chat is used for OOC conversations.

4. There are Five chat mods for the chat box. We have the right to suspend you for a while if you are causing problems.

Mods are here to make sure rules are being followed. If the mod has to worn you more then once and you do not comply the mod has the right to bring you to trail. Now, if a member sees another member braking the rules that member can do one of two things. Tell a mod, or bring them to court for a trail. If a member sees a mod misusing their powers or not following the rules themselves, the member can bring the mod to court for a trial. Any and all repeat offenders will be taken to a trail among their peers. With in these trails are the 'up for ban' trail and not only myself, but Danta and Ace will be the judge in those as well.
