In all ways, the clone resembled Blazer, except for one. It was a tattoo on the neck; however it wasn't ink, it was a genetically calculated birthmark where the scales grew black using the black charizard shiny gene and those darkened scales spelled out in plain English: Project #17.

After terrorizing a village, the chubizard had managed to get its partly vestigial claws on a barrel of hams from the butcher shop and take them up to a cave. The cave was not deep but offered overhead rocks that would prevent rain and more importantly for the large carnivorous lizard, it was on the top of a bald mountain with steep rocks. These rocks were mostly hard solid granite and would hold up a sturdy structure that rarely crumbled. Small lizards combed the rocks on rare occasion searching for flies that were attracted to the rotten remains of animals that had not been fully picked to the bone.

It wasn't before long until that attack manage to catch on to the master of Revolento; Zander Scalhaba. He visioned the destruction from afar, grimacing from every last second of it. Disgusted by this act of violence, the spectral spirit darted through the air in order to get back to his student--who was currently in a forest nearby the said village--and tell him about the tragedy that happened earlier. Once Zander got there and told him about the events, Revolento was already on the case. Rushing towards the area at breakneck speed, Cirque was out of the forest and rushing towards the ablaze village. He wanted to see if anyone was still alive after the attack.

Unfortunately, there was no sign of life to be found. Cirque was too late. "Oh no, why didn't we find this sooner...?" He sighed, looking up to his spectral mentor while picking up signs of other paranormal presences in the area. Looking around with his gifted eyes, he noticed that there was a group of ghost who used to be the denizens of this village. Their appearance was unknown, it seems that they took form of a white light after their death. This shows that they lost their memories, since their brains used to keep in track of their background. However; this wasn't the case anymore, they have to remember on how they died until they can rest in piece. Out of all of them, there was one elderly spirit who died way before this attack took place, she witnessed everything. "Wait, Cirque; we can ask that woman for information." Zander said, pointing towards the woman. "You're right, sir! We can still avenge them, it's the least we can actually do." Cirque replied.

The woman went and told the both of them about an orange dragon with a flaming tail who destroyed this village. When the boy asked about his whereabouts, she only told them on what direction it flied off to. "Zander, we need to stop that thing before it starts to attack anyone else." The Armamentalist said, watching his master possess the boy's trademark blade, keeping himself contained for the time being. With this, Revolento rushed off to the direction to where the dead woman pointed towards. He started to dart through scorched trees and burnt roads filled with charcoal and soot until he reached a cave, which was an entrance to a mountain. "So, this is where it fled to." Cirque said, entering the cave while activating his Funeral Fource in order to cave in the monster. Unfortunately, he noticed that the materials for this cave was made out of solid granite. Seeing how it'll be difficult to actually rock the entire mountain to just cause a underground cave in, the boy decided to leave his power at bay for the time being. For now, he has to enter the cave while searching for the dragon's nesting grounds.

Project #17 heard intrusion. Taking the resident advantage of knowing the layout the lizard quickly the lizard let out a smokescreen and flew out the cave a separate means. The chubizard used a TM infused power given with his factory creation: Rockslide. After tripping a few loose boulders the exit it had escaped from was now blocked off leaving only the one Cirque entered. The overweight charizard circled back around and set its 320 pound body at the main entrance. It waddled a few steps in then turned its attention to the ground. Ember was lain down on the floor of the cave until a fifteen foot patch of rocks and gravel were so hot they began to glow orange. The rising heat would radiate off the rocks, combined with the smoke making it a most blindingly hot and toxic environment to stay in.

The chubizard was unaware of what was in its home but its natural reaction was to eat it until it found out otherwise. So the slow cooked and smokey flavored method of starting off this meeting was probably best. Gently, the lizard beat his wings directing more hot air further into the back of the cave turning it into an oven.

Venturing through the depths of the cave, Cirque began to notice a change of element inside this environment. He can feel it, heat was beginning to become noticeable in this mountain. Not only that, but he smelled smoke coming from down below. Did the boy just enter an active volcano in this land? No, it wasn't possible that there was a magma source in this area when Revolento just picked up traces of heat signatures a few second ago. It became clear that the Armamentalist's intrusion alerted the dragon, it was probably the male's tension that gave it away. He couldn't blame the dragon for being alarmed, but smoking the boy out wasn't going to let it escape from it's fate. Speaking of smoke, it seems a black cloud of it was slowly coming to his position. Soot? Ashes? Nope, just a cloud of smoke to hinder his vision.

... Honestly, that didn't stop him.

Sure, it was harder for him to actually breathe through this smoke; but his gifted vision made it possible to see, despite the clouded darkness getting in his way. Knowing that this dragon does not want him here, Cirque narrowed his eyelids and increased his vision tenfold to the point where he could see through solid objects. When the monster came into vision, the boy traced the smoke from himself to the beast that was creating it. With that, he finally know where he should head... along with where he should attack. He wasn't going to let a little smoke cloud frighten him. And just to show that he was serious, he emitted his hand with a surge of electricity and send it deep into the cavern while making it's way to where the smoke was coming from. If the electricity makes it's way to the target and strikes the... 'Chubzard' then, it'll undergo a state of temporary paralysis until it breaks free or Cirque arrives in it's domain. "Your clouds of smoke won't stop me from slaying you, beast!" He shouted, his voice began to echo throughout the.

The chubizard flinched in pain. That attack that hit it was not super effective at the moment but it still hurt like hell. Luckily unlike his game that assumed anything flying hit by lightning would be stunned and crash or frozen (would suffer the same fate) he was on the ground still the attack was not simply something that could be brushed off even if a fall wasn't eminent. The chubizard's skin began to shift red. Not from the burns but from a shift in species to a Groudon.

The 2600 pound overweight Groundon slammed its foot down. It's legendary earth power made the rocks above tremble. Being the top of a mountain some of them were loosely packed boulders in spots. Depending on the location Cirque was within the cave either small rocks or large boulders would fall upon him from the ceiling.

Guess that lightning did a little more than the boy expected it to do, which was pretty much of a good thing that its not electric-resistant. Soon as he was about to rush over to the interior battlefield, he noticed some kind of change in his foe. The dragon's heat radiation was beginning to become larger and wider by the second. Is it transforming? This isn't just a dragon, it's a demonic being! It looks like it was about a good time for him to escape the interior of this mountain... and FAST! Without delay, Cirque quickly made a U-Turn and dashes toward the exit as fast as he can. Now, there was no possible way that the boy can predict a sudden tremor out of nowhere. Sure he can tell that there was going to be a earth quake, but not in a quick second. With this, Cirque started to lose his balance after the monster has slammed its foot down. If this continued to commence, then this beast will trap the boy in this mountain for a while. If the stalactites and any other material falls down to obstruct his way to the exit doesn't stop them, then a possible landslide is in order.

Without a moment to lose, he quickly got up and switched his Funeral Fource to his Gale Fource to make sure this thing doesn't seal the mountain with him in it. Surging electricity throughout his body, along with the elements of air to make the boy lighter than before. The male's senses, reflexes, thoughts, you name it... were enhanced to make him react quicker than before. Similiar to the same speed as a lightning strike. With this, Cirque shoots himself out of the mountain in a split second and turns around to examine if the beast was trying to get out, or that tremor was just a defensive method to make Cirque leave the mountain.

Seeing the speed of his foe, it made little sense to use rollout and try and smash it like a boulder. The one thought that the obese creature was musing over when thinking of small things.

The Groudon began another weird stomp but this was just a ritual it seemed to perform to send shock waves of its nature controlling power into the earth. With in moments several pieces of sand began to defy gravity and come lashing in a violent wind. However it was the rocks themselves that this magic connected to and was not an air type spell.

As small as these tiny grains were they would pursue Cirque endlessly, lashing at his eyes and skin with enough force to actually damage him where he wasn't covered up.

The sandstorm was so wide ranged that it pelted it the large creature's earthy hide, but they bounced off doing little damage even to the eyes.

...

Okay, this dragon has the power of earth itself. Not a problem, seeing how he already dealt with things like this before. Gale Fource may seem like a poor choice to use in this matter since this creature's new form has earth elements written all over it. Suddenly, a shining bright light began to illuminate the area with a hot wave of heat. The sun was glowing brighter than ever, what in the devil was going on?! Cirque looks around and notice that there was some sort of aura that was releasing some sort of pressure in order to empower the sun. This creature has the ability to increase the sun's power! Could this be a legendary creature that Mother Nature told him about? It seems too good to be true. Especially when this creature originally was a highly plump dragon, but it looks like the only way to find out is to bring it at the peak of it's power.

Suddenly, he noticed that a flying stream of sand was heading towards his direction. A bit weak for an attack, but it seems that it was trying to use powerful magic against him. No problem, he has an ability to take care of it. Wait a minute, this wasn't a sand attack; this creature was trying to make a sandstorm! This would have been a bit of a difficult challenge if he had different Fources other than Funeral or Gale. Unfortunately, for this beast... it's attack would been used for nothing. He began to move towards where the colossal beast was located and circles around it at breakneck speed. With this, he began to create a extremely large tornado that was 10 times as bigger than a hurricane. In this rate, Revolento was clocking in speeds about 700 mph and increasing. Not only that Cirque can successfully keep the sandstorm out, but he was planning to trap the giant beast in order to do one thing he had in mind. It wasn't an attacking method, this entire sequence was to destroy this beast's entire respiratory system within the vacuum of the dangerous gust of wind.

The faster Cirque went the harder those bits of sand would attack him, his own speed was making them more effective. The tiny rocks independent of the wind would slice right through it. At such a speed they'd strip paint off armor and polish armor as well as strip his eyelids right off and burn out the eyes some would pass though his skin into his face a quarter inch at a time.

The Groudon didn't seem to notice the danger at first with his thick hide resisting the wind it was well onto attacking again before it knew the air pressure was gradually dropping. Again based on the speeds of the target it choose an attack that couldn't be evaded so easily. This time attacking the pattern the Groudon a massive inferno of radiant heat from its body. The wind cooled it off quickly, but in doing so sucked up all the heat. After using this attack to overheat the wind, it would surely become unbearable enough that it would stop this attack if the sand weren't already enough.

PostSubject: Re: The Beatdown (Project #17 vs Revelento)   The Beatdown (Project #17 vs Revelento) I_icon_minitimeSat Mar 23, 2013 9:03 pm

The sand began to pierce through his flesh like a swarm of tiny hornets attacking his flesh, this process kept on going until it instantly subsided. The reason for this was because of the winds that Cirque created caused the sandstorm to die out quicker than the Groudon expected it to last. Thankfully, Cirque wasn't severely hurt from this elemental attack in which he'll deal with it later. Then, came another force of nature... it was a blast of flames heading straight towards his direction. It was powerful enough to burn this continent in seconds. Fortunately enough, the pressure within the winds made the attack weaker to the point that it wasn't so much as dangerous than it was before. Then, the flames hit through the Gale Fource powered tornado. It didn't combine itself into a firestorm, but it was definitely hurting the source of the cause. Not only that, but this attack was slowing him down in the process. This wasn't what he was hopping, but at least he doesn't have to crash land into something that might injure him greatly.

Soon as the winds began to die out, along with the process of slowing down; the male pulled himself out of his own gust of wind. His clothes were burnt and tattered in soot. His armor on the other hand, seems to be in great shape despite having ashes painted on it. The boy's skin was covered in scrapes and wounds as if he was shot by tiny bullets... Nothing to take care of, his skin started to morph the wounds back in place to show as if the monster didn't do anything. He only did this process just to hold his current form in place for now. As for the sand within his body, it was nothing more than an elemental snack for his actual form. With this, Cirque learned how to manipulate the earth more freely than before. Now, he swipes his arm to the side; which ordered the tornado to subside in a split second. "Seems I went overboard with that technique, seeing how I manage to rip up this area from the inside out with my unimaginable speed." The male said, looking across the land in ruins. He'll... fix that later.

Chubizard leapt into the air wings sprouting and skin turning orange. As the vacuum collapsed the incoming air crashed together filling the void making a massive updraft upon which to ride the winds. Faster than seemed possible Charizard road the air he spat out a fireblast in the shape of a star. It was a slow attack but it was widely spread out and the plump Charizard stayed behind the fiery shield headed in a straight line for his target. If Cirque started to move then Charizard would veer to the opposite direction, if he stayed there then he would turn back into a Groudon and use an aerial rollout attack that would hit at the same time as the fireblast.

Being that he was on a mountain landing would mean bowling down nearly to the bottom of the mountain where some trees escaped the wrath of the windstorm that wasn't bigger than a hurricane.

PostSubject: Re: The Beatdown (Project #17 vs Revelento)   The Beatdown (Project #17 vs Revelento) I_icon_minitimeSun Mar 24, 2013 12:21 pm

Cirque has meet some weird things making the most impossible feats, but this... this is definitely a first coming from an overgrown dragon with obesity. He expected that it'll probably fly slow in these conditions, but he was highly wrong. Now, with the monster taking flight; Cirque looked down to where his sleeping gauntlet was located, he better take this thing out before it decides to change again. With the sun vanishing due to the monster's transformation and the winds of Cirque's hurricane bringing in dark clouds in the midst of battle, the boy knew it was a good opportunity to fight against that creature without having certain requirements being made.

His gauntlet began to awaken, changing it's clawed form into a heavy armored gauntlet. For what reason did Revolento decided to awaken it is questionable to others who don't know his true reasons. Releasing a strong surge of dark electricity, the male began to swing his arms back. Was he aiming at the creature? No. It wasn't like that 'thing' will be exposed to the same attack the second time, he was planning to... take this electrical surge to the skies. Cirque shoots out the surge into the clouds and awaits for it to transform. For now, he has to stall the creature to be in mid air until the time was right.

The creature strikes with a star-like flamethrower. Expecting the worse as it began to get bigger and bigger, it was somewhat getting... smaller? What kind of sorcery is this? Was this dragon trying to attack him, or was it stalling for something else. It didn't matter, all he knows is that the attack will cause a widespread in forest fire. Cirque didn't want this land to turn from bad to worse. Pointing his gauntlet towards the attack, he activated his Fire Fource and stood within the path while his body began to release a wave of hot air. As the attack began to hit it's mark, the cursed gauntlet began to glow into a dark purplish aura. It began to absorb the entire attack so that it can flow inside the host's body. After the attack was done, it took about a few seconds for Cirque to maintain the flames that were currently engulfing his true form from within. After the said few seconds passed, the flames became a part of not just his Fource alone, but his entire body as well. Revolento now learned to transform his outer layer of flesh into protective flames.

Suddenly, a large spinning object appeared close to Cirque's position at the last second and striked him with a blunt force of strength. Fearing that this colossal giant may flatten him while they reach the ground, the boy disperse his entire being with a sudden blast of mist that spread below the large monster. That attack was way too close for comfort, but at least the male had enough tricks to put himself on the defensive. The mist wasn't large, since the boy didn't change into his Frost Fource at the time; but it least it stalled him enough time for his lightning attack to take offense. The skies were beginning to change from grey to purple while the sun was just peaking itself to shine on the monster itself. Revolento just hopes that this thing won't stay in that form for long until his lightning attack makes its mark.

Surprisingly the strange wizard seemed to try and vacuum up his fire, even at the cost of being smashed as a consequence. Having turned back into a Groudon the sun immediately began to show up once more. The wizard might find this to be a very annoying tendency every time the creature switched that the skies became a clear and sunnyday again.

The large rolling beast splashed through some mist and continued to tumble down the mountain until it began crashing through trees like a giant boulder. After knocking several pines over like domino the trees below began to slow the large beast down. It unfurled from its defensive state and looked up the mountain.

The obese creature gave a scratch of its back making sure that the intended target wasn't stuck to it. Annoyingly from this distance it wasn't clear if he'd smashed the target or not.

This was getting way out of hand. This creature continues to transform over and over again whenever any opprotunity is gained, lost, or hindering itself. What should Cirque do once this sort of occasion happens? Well, he'll go and seek out the creature's weakpoints. The mist dance throughout the gusy of winds as it carried the male away from the giant monster's location. Once Cirque manage to find a safe spot to materialize himself, he remained in that area until every disperse molicule was placed back in his body. Now he has to think up a different strategy other than just wildly ripping the area with his elemental powers.

"Alright, think Cirque." He thought to himself, placing his slender fingers below his chin and goes into a trace of thought. From what he has gathrred throughout their battle, the dragon has the elements which resemble that of Fire, Gale, and Funeral Fource. The only thing about this creature, it is mostly known of using Fire and/or Earth attacks. Whenever the creature's in danger, then it'll change into it's larger form into order to retaliate. Strangely enough, this giant transformation appears to be made out of the same materials that you can find in the earth itself. That fact gave him an excellent idea, but it'll require some help with his Frost Fource in order for this idea to work. "This is going to require using a chunk of my magic. Since this creature is completely made out of earth, hurting it greatly wouldn't be much of a problem. Here goes nothing." He said within his thoughts, taking his attention towards his opponent and wave his trademark blade as a wand.

It took about a breif moment to activate his Frost Fource; which caused his body to become colder and much more durable than normal, along with his hair creating frost and his breath releasing cool air whenever Cirque breathes. With that out of the way, it was time to activate his next trick that he saved especially for a behemoth like this one. The air around Cirque's body suddenly dropped from 78 degrees to 40 degrees in about several seconds. The ground around the boy started to be covered in frost, the trees weren't safe from this process either. If Cirque had to release a massive ice attack to fell this foe, then he's going to gamble this one.

As he gathered enough energy, the male stabs his sword to the ground. He looked towards the currently confused monster while waiting for the attack to commence. Suddenly, large towering tendrils of ice explodes from beneath the ground while making their way to surround and impale the beast. If the attack successfully connects, then the creature's body will more than likely take massive damage from this move. Not only that, but it'll temporarily freeze it until the sun thaws it out. If the move missed, then Cirque will order the frosted tendrils to explode into small frost needles that'll puncture the escaping monster if it's caught in a 7 mile radius from the pillar of ice.

7 miles? GG. I ain't got nothin' on that.

The Chubizard took to the air to scan that damage he might have done, when suddenly an ice pillar detonated the size of a small nuclear sized explosion went off pelting the mountainside with needles that obviously disintegrated at their air speed of well over 2500 feet per second, but what does a pointy needle matter when something is so utterly launched that the steam from its movement has enough impact to slap the skin right off anything.

Obviously this level of power would cause a wind front that would instantly kill both the Chubizard and Cirque without much possible question. Stripping their flesh and the smaller boulders right off the mountain in a matter of seconds ironically burning them to death with the level of kinetic energy introduced to this this frost attack, (which the definition of cold being less kinetic energy from things) as well as everything else within 10 times the range of Cirque and Project #17.
